This year for our vacation we headed to the Key's so we could enjoy our new boat and get away to relax for a while.
Putting the boat in the water proved to be a challenge, it was low tide and the boat would not come off the trailer. Usually I just hold the rope and the boat goes in the water but this time Matthew kept backing up into the water, the boat would not budge and i ended up in the water too. It took both of us in the water pushing to get the boat to move.
The first place we stayed was right on the bay side and we had a boat slip to keep the boat.
We took the boat out for the first 3 days we were there taking advantage of low wind and no rain. We felt like the only ones out there, just green clear water and us.
One day we took a snorkeling trip from John Pennekamp. It was so pretty and we got to see tons of cool fish, lobster and nurse sharks.
We also took a day trip to Key West which was great. It was soooo hot though. This pic is from Mallory Square.

We walked Duval Street all the way to the Southernmost point, it was a hike, i was determined to get a picture there
In Islamorada there is a HUGE Bass pro shop that Matthew dragged me to twice i think.
More fishing pics
We stayed two nights at the Cheeca lodge which is a really nice resort in Islamorada.
I love this picture even though my hair is going crazy! The sky is so pretty.
The End
